What age is the conference for?

This Conference is for all ages, from children to grandmas to grandads.

Experienced children workers will provide a full range of activities for children between the ages of 4 and 11. In addition, there will be an on site crèche but we would ask that parents are on hand to supervise their children.

Is there accommodation available if I want to stay overnight?

There is no accommodation available at the Conference Centre but there is a range of reasonably priced hotels within a short distance of the Centre. Please contact the Conference Team if you would like further details.

What time can I arrive?

You can arrive from 6pm on Friday 1st November and from 9.30am on Saturday 2nd November.

What if I need to cancel my booking?

You are able to obtain a full refund on your ticket up to 7 days before the conference. Please contact the Conference Team if you need a refund.

Are refreshments provided?

A full range of refreshments will be provided during the Conference. We want to make sure you are catered for both spiritually and physically!!
Hot and cold drinks and snacks will be available throughout the conference at no extra charge. 

The catering team at the Conference Centre will provide a hot meal on Saturday lunchtime in the refectory and will also provide afternoon tea later in the day as well. Again, there will be no extra charge for these items, they are included in the Conference fee.

If you have particular dietary needs, please make this known when you complete your booking form and we will ensure you are provided with food that takes into account your needs.

Is there wheelchair access or elderly assistance?

All the Conference rooms are on the ground level and can be accessed by wheelchair. There will be people available at the Conference to provide any help needed.

Can I get to the conference using public transport?

The Conference Centre is well served by public transport. Castleford Railway station and Castleford Bus Station are both within very close proximity.

Is there car parking at the Conference Centre?

There isn’t car parking at the Conference Centre itself but there are a variety of car parks within a short walk, which charge a reasonable fee. Parking after 6pm is free.
